All services begin with up to a 60-minute consultation ($50 - fee applied against your first service when work begins). This allows us to meet, view your space, and/or discuss your project or organization needs so we can identify the best solution.

- Projects are quoted on a project by project basis.
- Services are billed hourly.
- Fees are determined based on the number of consultants staffed on the project.
- Packages and larger project pricing are available following initial consult.
- A retainer may be collected up front for 50% of the estimated project cost.
- Any purchases for your project or space are the full and immediate responsibility of the client. A budget will be discussed and may be collected prior to a shopping trip.
- Any third-party fees for additional services, materials, or contractors (movers, boxes, cleaning services, handyman, etc.) are billed directly by third-party and the responsibility of the client.
- A “no show” fee of $50 plus mileage will be charged if client is not home / available during scheduled appointment.
- Services are invoiced and payment is due upon receipt of invoice.
- Pricing may vary for areas more than 20 miles from business location.
